Terms of Service

A full refund will be provided if the project is canceled within 24 hours of payment..
A partial refund of 50% will be issued if the project is canceled within 48 hours of payment.
No refund will be issued for cancellations occurring after 48 hours of payment.
All journal payment fees, including Article Processing Charges (APCs), are the sole responsibility of the client.
Certain journals may require an initial payment upon submission, which will also be the responsibility of the client.
Onnmed does not guarantee the acceptance of any paper by the journal.
Onnmed does not guarantee the acceptance or issuance of ethical approval by any relevant committee.
A total of three rounds of free edits will be provided within the first three weeks after the project handover.
Any additional editing requests beyond this period will be charged in accordance with Onnmed’s rates.
Onnmed reserves the right to terminate a project if any falsification of data or unethical conduct is discovered, in compliance with the principles outlined in the Declaration of Helsinki
Onnmed guarantees that all projects will be treated as confidential, and no information will be disclosed or leaked.
Onnmed is not liable for journal rejections, denial of ethical approvals, delays by third parties, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of its services.
Upon full payment, the client retains ownership of the final deliverables. Onnmed may use anonymized project details for internal purposes only
