• A full refund will be provided if the project is canceled within 24 hours of payment..
• A partial refund of 50% will be issued if the project is canceled within 48 hours of payment.
• No refund will be issued for cancellations occurring after 48 hours of payment.
• All journal payment fees, including Article Processing Charges (APCs), are the sole responsibility of the client.
• Certain journals may require an initial payment upon submission, which will also be the responsibility of the client.
• Onnmed does not guarantee the acceptance of any paper by the journal.
• Onnmed does not guarantee the acceptance or issuance of ethical approval by any relevant committee.
• A total of three rounds of free edits will be provided within the first three weeks after the project handover.
• Any additional editing requests beyond this period will be charged in accordance with Onnmed’s rates.
• Onnmed reserves the right to terminate a project if any falsification of data or unethical conduct is discovered, in compliance with the principles outlined in the Declaration of Helsinki
• Onnmed guarantees that all projects will be treated as confidential, and no information will be disclosed or leaked.
• Onnmed is not liable for journal rejections, denial of ethical approvals, delays by third parties, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of its services.
• Upon full payment, the client retains ownership of the final deliverables. Onnmed may use anonymized project details for internal purposes only
